Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with Spill Friends.

We’re a small team, so while we aim to get your order out promptly, please allow 2–5 working days for dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

We currently ship to addresses within the UK. Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). If you place your order after 1pm on a Friday, it will be processed the following Monday.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of placing it, please contact us at team@spillfriends.com with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We can’t take responsibility for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.
