What is Chilled Focus?
Chilled Focus is our feature blend, each capsule contains, L-Theanine, Ashwagandha, Lion's Mane, Vitamin B6 and B12. For clearer focus on demanding days. 30 capsules per pouch, taken once daily. Made in the UK, no fillers, GMP-certified and vegan.
What's in it?
A considered formulation of lion's mane mushroom extract alongside, adaptogens and supporting vitamins. Full ingredient list and supplement facts on the product page.
How is it different from caffeine?
Caffeine works fast and short. Chilled Focus is designed to support steadier focus over the day without the energy peaks and afternoon crashes coffee is known for. Many customers take it alongside their morning coffee, not instead of it.
Is there caffeine in it?
No. Chilled Focus is caffeine-free.
Is it vegan?
Yes. Chilled Focus is fully vegan, including the capsule shell.
Where is it made?
Made in the UK at a GMP-certified facility.
When should I take it?
Most customers take Chilled Focus in the morning with breakfast or just before starting their workday.
How many capsules per day?
One capsule daily is the recommended serving.
How long until I notice anything?
Adaptogens build up over time. Many customers report noticing benefits after two to four weeks of consistent daily use, though everyone responds differently.
Can I take it long-term?
Chilled Focus is formulated for daily use as part of an ongoing routine. As with any supplement, if you're using it long-term we'd recommend a periodic conversation with your GP, especially if your circumstances change.
Are there any contraindications?
If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, on prescription medication, or managing a medical condition, please speak to your GP before starting Chilled Focus or any new supplement.
Has it been third-party tested?
Chilled Focus is manufactured at a GMP-certified facility with the standard batch testing that certification requires. If you'd like a Certificate of Analysis for your batch, email team@spillfriends.com and we'll send one over.
How does the subscription work?
Your first subscription order is £14.99 (50% off). Subsequent monthly orders are £24 (20% off the one-time price of £30). You can cancel, pause, or skip an order anytime from your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your account → Manage subscription → Cancel. About 30 seconds. No phone calls, no emails to send.
What's your shipping?
Standard UK delivery. Full timings and costs at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently UK only. International availability is on the roadmap.
What's your refund policy?
If your order arrives damaged or you have a quality issue, email team@spillfriends.com and we'll make it right. For change-of-mind returns, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery.
